工程線上 Status Report 松山線北門站臺北工場古蹟挪移工程

　

臺北市三級古蹟「臺灣總督府鐵道部—臺北工場」位於塔城街東北偶臨鄭州路（市民大道）旁，面積約644.5平方公尺，重量約1000公噸（不含結構補強及加固後之重量），為日據時代建物，原作為當時鐵路運輸車輛修理工場使用。因與捷運松山線北門車站之站體重疊4.8公尺，且中正國際機場聯外捷運系統三重至臺北段工程亦將自臺北工場下方通過，恐因施工而有導致古蹟建物沉陷之虞。此外，臺北工場位於塔城街40公尺計畫道路用地上，亦與道路拓寬計畫衝突。因此，為能同時兼顧捷運建設推展及古蹟保存，必須將古蹟先進行臨時挪移。

　

本挪移工程原擬將臺北工場先沿鄭州路向東挪移約60公尺，再轉向90度向南挪移約30公尺，暫置於「臺灣總督府鐵道部—戰時指揮中心」東側。惟因總督府鐵道部古蹟群鄰近之幾棟歷史建物尚具有保存價值，爰將古蹟挪移路徑及暫放位置修正為沿塔城街向東南方向挪移約30公尺，暫置於「臺灣總督府鐵道部—戰時指揮中心」西側，待捷運北門車站與機場捷運線明挖覆蓋隧道結構完工後再行移回。

　

本標古蹟挪移工程以統包最有利標方式辦理採購公開招標，並業依採購法相關作業規定完成決標，已於95年10月20日開工，預估工期240天，預定96年6月16日可完成古蹟挪移工程。

Removal Project of Taipei Workshop - A Historic Monument on Beimen Station of the Songshan Line

The Department of Railways Taiwan Governor-general Hall - Taipei Workshop, classified as a 3rd grade historic monument, was built in the era of Japanese occupation. The monument stands exactly on the place where the Songshan MRT line's underground Beimen Station is to be located. In addition, the Sanchong to Taipei City section of the CKS International Airport Access MRT System will run beneath Taipei Workshop; therefore, the monument has to be removed temporarily and then moved back when the above-mentioned two constructions have been completed.

The removal project, having been awarded through a turnkey bid, commenced on October 20, 2006, and is scheduled for completion on June 16, 2007 with a total of 240 work days.
